This type of inspection and report is ideal when more detail is required and in particular when alterations are anticipated. A ‘pre-inspection client meeting’ is frequently held to ensure that the client’s requirements are fully  understood.

‘The Specific Defects Inspection’

This type of inspection is used where the client may have seen conditions that give rise to specific concerns and where a comprehensive inspection of the entire building is not considered necessary.
